Celebrities Who Were Fat As Kids
Sometimes a duckling will become a swan in those childhood stories that we all know and love. It takes a few pilates classes, a trip to the dentist, and a stylish wardrobe but now the only thing fat about them is their designer wallet full of cash. However, you won’t see many ducklings in Hollywood where bodies are tight and prices are exorbitant. Michelle Obama recently said that we need to give her five ways we are leading a healthy life. That is a lot to ask for! You can’t become a swan in a day, First Lady! Celebrities already have to deal with the pressure of keeping up with social media trends and now they have to lead healthy lives too. These are the celebrities who were beautifully fat kids.
Many people have been keeping up with the Kardashians, but who has been keeping up with Khloe and her childhood memories of bullying? “Having someone in your class call you fat, ugly, too tall and so on, you start to think all those things about yourself. And if you’re like me, those words are played on repeat inside your head,” said Kardashian to Life & Style. Khloe has been keeping up with the Armenian Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan since she and Kim paid him a visit on Thursday.

His parents eventually got him a personal trainer and he got his fit body. “I was in high school talking to some older girls and telling them I was getting in shape. I told them I’d done 100 situps that morning and then dared one to punch me in the stomach. When she did I farted,” said O’Connell.
Kate Winslet spoke to Marie Claire in 2009 about her awful, terrible, mean classmates when she was younger. They called her Blubber. “I was bullied for being chubby. Where are they now?” said Winslet. They are probably drinking in their tears of regret and sadness that Winslet got to be in the blockbuster romance movie of the millennium and slayed the competition. “I do think it’s important for young women to know that magazine covers are retouched. People don’t really look like that. In my films I might look glamorous, but I’ve been in hair and makeup for two hours,” said Winslet.
Don’t talk about swimming in front of Ryan Seacrest and don’t mention jeans from Marshall’s. He used to be self-conscious about taking off his shirt in the pool and had to shop in the husky section at the store. “I do remember that feeling of growing up and being a little bit overweight. I also remember at times being teased about it and because of that it’s still in my brain. I never want to feel that way again, and that motivates me to strive hard for balance without cutting anything that I truly enjoy,” said Seacrest.

Brand is promoting a documentary about bailouts during the financial crisis called “The Emperor’s New Clothes.”
Lady Gaga made a song called “Swine” but it wasn’t about fat people even though she has spoken out about being bullied for her weight. It’s about a guy who is a pig inside a human body. As for her childhood, she said the girls in private school were mean. “I had a very big nose, very curly brown hair and I was overweight. I got made fun of,” said Gaga. She also promoted her own body revolution by tweeting “Proud at any size, because the inside is what really counts.”

She even skips her high school reunions because those bullies would be there.
Kelly Osbourne was singing about keeping that baby in “Papa Don’t Preach” when she started her music career and now she’s all about fashion. How does she stay fit? “I get in a solid half hour of cardio daily, usually intervals on the treadmill and whatever else I feel like that day. I call myself a former fat person, and when you’re an FFP, you still see yourself as the person you used to be. That’s something I’m genuinely working on all the time,” said Osbourne.
Kesha signed a record deal at the age of 18 and then went on to wear those feathers on her head when performing live. Last year she allegedly spent two months in rehab for anorexia and bulimia. “During that time I began to feel a shift in my mentality and really started to understand my own self-worth. I started to not worry as much about what other people thought of me, I’m not fully fixed. I am a person in progress but I want to be part of the solution,” said Kesha in an Examiner interview.
Neville Longbottom was a Gryffindor student in the “Harry Potter” movies who was sometimes the butt of the joke. They even made him wear a fat suit on the set when he was growing up which he talked about to the Daily Mail.

I did have this one boy come up to me, who, like I loved him, I was so in love and he told me, ‘You’d be like real hot if you were 10 pounds lighter.’ I was like, ‘Ugh, that’s it! I am going to cry all day and not eat for the rest of the day,” said Trainor to ET.
